This Privacy Policy explains how Orion Aegis Pte. Ltd. (“Orion Aegis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use this website or contact us. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

1. Personal data we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request an appointment, you may provide your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, business or company name, the type of support you seek, a preferred appointment date, and any information you include in your message. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial or confidential information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.

If you allow analytics cookies, we may also collect information about your use of the website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring source, and interactions with site features. We do not intentionally send the content of enquiry forms, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message text to Google Analytics.

2. How we use personal data

We may use personal data to:

• respond to enquiries and arrange discovery calls or appointments;
• assess whether our services or an introduction may be appropriate;
• communicate with you about the matter for which you contacted us;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve this website and our services;
• comply with law, lawful requests, and our professional or regulatory obligations; and
• establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We collect, use and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

3. WhatsApp enquiries and bookings

The website prepares a WhatsApp message from the details you enter. The message is not delivered until you review it and tap Send in WhatsApp. When you proceed, your information is transmitted to Orion Aegis through WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta. WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own terms and privacy policies, and may process data outside Singapore. You may instead contact us without using the website form.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use browser storage to remember your analytics choice. Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled unless you select “Allow analytics”. If enabled, Google may set or read analytics cookies and process usage information on our behalf. Google Analytics uses IP addresses at collection time to derive general location information and states that IP addresses are discarded before being logged in its data centres.

You can decline analytics when prompted or reopen “Cookie Settings” in the website footer at any time. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website. 5. Disclosure and overseas transfers

We may disclose personal data to personnel and service providers who need it to perform services for us, including communications, website hosting, analytics, security, professional advice and legal compliance. Some providers, including WhatsApp/Meta and Google, may process data outside Singapore. Where the PDPA requires it, we take appropriate steps to ensure overseas recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your consent.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal or business requirements, or to resolve disputes. We then delete, anonymise or cease retaining it where reasonably practicable. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent to future collection, use or disclosure, or ask questions about our data protection practices. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out and may limit our ability to continue providing the relevant service.

8. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their content or handling of personal data.
